Take advantage of SmartVault, our Secure Online Portal for uploading, viewing & downloading documents. SmartVault allows both the Client and AMS ProServ the convenience and security of remote document management.

Activating SmartvaulT
Step (1) - Submit a service ticket to request your SmartVault activation. After you submit your request, you’ll receive an email to Activate your Vault (see below)
Step (2) - After clicking Activate you must create your password for your user account to gain access to your Vault
Uploading Documents
From the Home Screen - clicking the Upload Documents link on the left side panel, or by clicking the Upload a Document button in the center of Home screen
Next either click the Client Upload folder or hover over the Client Upload folder and the Upload file button will appear on the right side
Note - AMS ProServ will automatically be notified of any uploaded file(s)
Viewing & Downloading
Viewing completed tax returns or other supporting documents is done by 1st clicking on the Files and Folders link on the left side and then by clicking the Client Name folder on the right side
Next click the tax year (TY) you’d like to view and select the Tax Returns folder
Click the file name to preview the document
From the preview view you may choose to download the file by clicking the blue Download button on the right side
